travelled all the way to richmond today to eat the good food that arwin recommend…haha
he actually recommended the rendang…but i don’t take beef, so i tried the chicken rice
aiyoh…not nice man…the ppl selling the food are from malaysia i think, but the chicken just tastes weird. and it costs CAD$6 per plate…hahaha

went back to metrotown to buy chocolates…but the almond chocolate that sierly wanted was sold out!!!
haha…i think she’s addicted to the chocolate already…she was quite depressed when couldn’t buy any…*LOL*
and i controlled myself!!! was going to buy this huge bar of cadbury chocolate…but then…argh…CONTROL!!!
we sat for a LONG time at starbucks talking about relationships between girls and guys in singapore…it’s interesting to hear timothy’s point of view…
he thinks that all singaporean girls above 21 are not virgins anymore, and also singaporean girls have the concept that “your money is my money and my money is my money”
but i sure hope not all singaporean guys think this way!

went to watch North Country…

it’s a nice movie!!! and charlize theron still looks chio as a worker in the mine! WAHAHA…
makes me wanna watch “the italian job” again…that was one of the first few movies that she acted in…she’s GOOD.

after much thought, feel that it’s better to move into an apartment…
but one major problem is cost…if i can find people to share with, then i’ll be able to cut down on the cost.
went to look the apartments at joyce-collingwood…looks like a really nice place to live in!
had a look at elvinda’s apartment, she’s staying in a 2 bedroom + den with her 2 sisters
haha…feel abit bad that we disturbed her…but then if you never see then you’ll never know whether you like it right?!?!
hopefully something will work out…

it’s etis’s birthday tomorrow, so my host bought a cake and we all had a mini celebration for him
quite poor thing…his birthday is tomorrow but he has class from 5.30-8.30 and the next day got test
i have a feeling there will be mid-terms in april too…:(

raining again today! but it didn’t stop us from going to ktv…
lol…rain or shine, i will still go!!!
meet hueiling in sch and we took 98 B-Line to Richmond
98 B-Line is this wonderful bus that travels almost around the whole of Vancouver!
the ktv was at Parker Place, which is quite easy to find…easier than the first ktv that we went to
this Melodyshake Karaoke is GREATTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!
makes me feel like i’m in kbox or partyworld…haha
they have the computer for choosing songs and all the songs are pretty new…even got those songs that don’t have ktv but they DIY one…
the price is quite reasonable too, all you can sing from 11-6pm for CAD$6.90
only thing not very good is the sound system…but who cares!!! it is CHEAP!!! can foresee myself going there quite often…

took a bus back to downtown cos we want to eat at Kintaro again…but it was closed! urgh…seems like alot of shops close on public holiday
so by chance, we found this damn good korean restaurant! i had this tofu soup in claypot…very very good! and the kimchi is good too! eric says it tastes different from the one in singapore
i never tried the ones in singapore cos i think they look…scary
but i tried this and it’s really not bad! then after that we had gelato ice-cream.

overall i’m very very happy today! firstly got to hang out with singaporean people, and then sing…and also eat good food! must bring mummy and everybody else to try the korean restaurant when they come in dec!!!

ps: i haven’t touch my tidbits at all this weekend…

didn’t know that i’ll buy so many things…thought that i’ll accompany sierly to buy things, but in the end, cannot resist also…haha
i seem to be going to metrotown like every week…but still not getting bored yet
i think soon…going to get bored of it soon…but right now, i still love the dollar shop
brought her to try the New York fries, although there’s nothing really special about it in my opinion, but i think if u come here should try it…cos it’s supposed to be famous or something
then i spent like 15 bucks on pads! whoa…so expensive…i’m asking my mum to bring one whole carton when they come in december…hmmm how long can one carton last me???

i’ve decided to stop eating tidbits for the next 3 days!
really bad habit…i’ve gained 3 kg since i came here…that’s really too much man…
today was quite successful…although i ate the fries…but that’s not really tidbits right? hehe…i just wanna cut down on the chips and chocolates…
perseverence!!!
